Return Policy for Skin Care Products:
We want you to love every product you purchase from us.If for any reason you decide to return the products,only unopened and sealed skincare products may be returned within 7 to 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition and packaging and have been stored properly , away from heat, sunlight and high temperatures or any conditions that compromise the quality  of the products.  Refunds or credit are issued at our discretion following in-person inspection in the presence of both the customer and the service provider. This ensures fairness and transparency of both sides. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened and used items are not eligible for return or refund or credit.
